Your symptoms matter.
So do your numbers.
Feeling less like yourself can show up in the bedroom, at the gym, or in the middle of an ordinary day. Low testosterone may be part of the picture—but symptoms alone don't tell the whole story.
Nucore brings your health history, biomarkers, and goals together. You meet with a provider to understand your results and decide whether testosterone or enclomiphene is right for you.
More of what
matters to you.
Tell us what you want to feel, do, and get back to. Your provider helps you understand where hormone care may fit.

Feel stronger
in your everyday.
For men with confirmed low testosterone, treatment may support lean body mass. Your activity, nutrition, and overall health remain part of the plan.
Make room
for connection.
TRT may improve sex drive and sexual function when low testosterone is contributing to symptoms.
Understand
your low energy.
Fatigue can have many causes. Lab testing and a provider review help you find the next step; energy improvements with TRT vary.
Potential benefits vary. These images illustrate goals, not patient outcomes.
Testosterone can
change with age.
Researchers observed average yearly declines of about 1.6% in total testosterone and 2–3% in bioavailable testosterone.
Age is only one factor. Health, sleep, medications, and body composition also matter. Testing helps you understand your own picture.
Illustration from reported average annual rates, indexed to age 40 = 100. Not measured age-group averages, a diagnosis, or a forecast of your levels.
Could low testosterone
be part of the picture?
These changes are worth discussing with a provider—especially when several happen together.
Lower sex drive
Less interest in sex, fewer spontaneous erections, or trouble getting or keeping an erection.
Less energy
Persistent fatigue or a noticeable drop in your usual get-up-and-go.
Changes in strength
Loss of muscle or strength, sometimes alongside changes in body composition.
Mood & focus changes
Feeling down, more irritable, or finding it harder to concentrate.
Fertility concerns
Low sperm count, trouble conceiving, or changes in testicular size.
Other physical signs
Reduced body hair, breast tenderness or enlargement, weaker bones, anemia, or hot flashes when levels are very low.
These symptoms can have many causes. A diagnosis usually requires symptoms plus consistently low testosterone on two separate early-morning blood tests. Your clinician may order additional testing to understand why levels are low.
Find the right fit
for your body.
Your labs, symptoms, health history, and fertility goals help guide the choice.

- May help maintain sperm production
- Provider review and ongoing monitoring
Enclomiphene is not FDA-approved. Fertility and symptom improvements are not guaranteed; your provider will explain benefits, uncertainties, and risks.
